This sleek unit boasts LED lighting for superior product illumination and display on each shelf, and customers are able to easily serve themselves thanks to the open front.
Each shelf has prefocused infrared top heat that radiates down onto food, while the thermostatically-controlled, hardcoated heated base extends holding times without sacrificing quality. Extra heat is directed toward each shelf's outer edges where heat loss is the greatest, to ensure all food stays evenly warm. Plus, the hinged glass side panels are held in place by magnets so they easily swing away and make cleaning a breeze.
The Hatco HXMS-24D requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
