The Traulsen AHF232WP-HHG's stainless steel front and sides combine with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to ensure that this heated holding cabinet always delivers consistent temperatures between 135 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To monitor the interior cabinet temperature, a Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display is located on the front of the unit.
