To maximize food storage, the top section of the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-DW sandwich prep table includes 20 sixth-size food storage pans with a 4-inch depth. Each of the six drawers beneath the prep station can accommodate a 6-inch-deep, full-size food pan, which is sold separately. A full-length cutting board is built into the top of the table to streamline food prep, and it can be removed for cleaning. To prevent contaminant exposure, the unit's top lid can be pulled down over the food pans when they're not in use.
The Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-7220-DW compact sandwich prep table's exterior is made of stainless steel while the interior has an anodized aluminum construction. Designed to be moved, this 72.50-inch-wide by 32.75-inch-deep by 44-inch-high unit is furnished with swivel and braking casters. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system maintains temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit inside the drawers. The drawers are also insulated with 2.38-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent unexpected temperature increases when the unit is stored in high ambient temperatures. To uphold various product requirements, the built-in LED control display is easily accessible so users can monitor and adjust temperatures.
